If you put LED light in your oven, the constant heat causes the LED to dim down and eventually fail to produce light. You also risk damaging your oven or its light socket. 

Some LEDs might work but incandescent bulbs are better overall for the oven. It also helps heat up the oven too. Make sure you check if the appliance is rated LED which mostly are fridge and freezer-friendly.
